If the account is not new, it's not a matter of number or amount of sales. It's about WHAT YOU ARE SELLING - AND HOW and how many disputes and Negative feedbacks say phake or non received you get in a given timeframe

If an account is new, yes, can be total money amount and volume of sells, but it is also wired to customer satisfaction. Usually if you don't get enough feedback or you have some item not signed as delivered, it can be triggered

MC011 arrive immediately after a disputer or negative feedback, is wired to that. Is wired to performance and legit items

What you would be implying I think is potentially an eBay agent flagging your account. Not all MC011 are done by bots, especially if you make a lot of sales.

This is not a blanket truth. I mentioned this on another post that I've been watching this account on eBay since last year. He has 32 negative feedbacks, most starting from around Oct 2024 to present. 32 negative feedbacks would imply a lot higher ratio of returns, and claims not shown. His account is still active and he is selling a very high risk brand, akin to Nike.

I think once you establish yourself as a seller, eBay is extremely allowing of poor customer service. What they don't tolerate is late shipping, or defects. Back in 2018 when I first started making real money on eBay I didn't really know how to handle it all. I had over 10% return rates which is horrible! Now I offer free 30 day returns and consistently keep it under 2.50% with over 400+ sales every 3 months.

The thing with negative feedback IMO, once it starts, more customers are inclined to leave negatives also, and it creates a snowball. Which eventually ruins the account. But if you manage to avoid getting listings taken down, VeRo, and/or late shipping/defects....

account was 1 year old , with 100% positive feedback , 0 cases , 0 defects , good impressions and top rated seller status. im selling items whithin price range 10£-25£. Daily sales was around 300£- 400£ , once account reached 10k whithin a month , got MCed , asking for trackings , i will send them apeal and trackings but im pretty sure its dead end with mc011 , no metter how legal you are. It happened before to me. Now will just try to get new and more accounts.

I can only repeat the same thing , you start with a few hundred pounds per month and increase by 20%-30% per month

you start with 300 pounds , increase by 25% per month and after 16 months of such selling you will be making 10K without MC011 in absence of other problems

I do have trackings but for some items it was missing , wrote apeal letter and now in order to continue apeal they asking for ID , bank statement and invoices , invoices is kinda problem because dropshipping from amazon to ebay , any ideas ?

Ebay does not like retail arbitrage-taking money from Ebay retail customer and buy from another retailor and ask them to do the shipping,this is not dropshipping,so I wont tell ebay .
Unless you have a dated AMZN invoice prior to the date you sold the item

Buyer complaints and INR are by far the fastest way to get mc011. Ramping up quickly and INAD are a close second. I’ve seen mc011 at 2k monthly and 30k monthly, both on aged accounts selling similar goods. If I remember correctly, they were triggered by 2-3 inr or inad cases in two days followed by a buyer confirming that they called eBay to complain about what I sold them. My thinking is, some agent marked the account then, if not automatically by the cases, then the back end team did a cursory review and MC011 the account. All they asked for was to close all cases and make sure all tracking is inserted. I did so and wrote to them that I will slow sales down and fix my product research to remove further issues, was reinstated in 45 minutes

He said he has no INR,INAD cases open.

He may not have any at the moment or at the moment he appealed his mc011, but most likely did have them prior to the mc011 trigger. Mc011 is a measure of elevated internal risk, sometimes triggered by automation and requiring a manual review for removal. There is nothing wrong with elevated sales, as long as you have a real business that eBay recognizes, with proper invoices if needed and high customer satisfaction rates. If you follow the rules, you will pass mc011 99.9% of the time.
