Yes, you're absolutely right, it's not possible to directly transfer cookies from a mobile browser like Chrome or Firefox on Android to a .json file for desktop use. Android doesn't give access to browser cookie files

From my understanding you cannot. If this is the case, is it ok to just log into the eBay account normally on a new user account on desktop with ZERO cookies?

Or will this redflag the account?

I was calling from the number which is a cell phone so it wasn't a problem, however I've never been asked that before.
