Ive had other MC011s in the past year, IIRC those all had their listings ended so not sure why this account is different (or if its a new protocol for them).

As far as 3 months, sorta. If ebay is still following traditional protocol, it would be mores 90 days from the time you got a hard limit. I would have to respond declining their request for documentation or trigger a full suspension for that time limit to start, I think

But if I keep selling for 3 months and my account status hasn't changed then prob no. I still wouldn't receive payouts until some hard restriction was imposed and/or I fail to meet their reinstatement requirements

It does sound like eBay may be using a slightly different protocol on this account. From what I know, the 90-day period usually starts only after a hard limit or after declining their documentation request.

If the account keeps selling normally for 3 months without any new restrictions, then most likely the payout hold won’t lift on its own it usually requires a hard action or meeting their reinstatement steps.

Very interesting indeed. Could this be a new ebay tactic or just an anomaly? Hopefully if the MC011 isn't lifted we can still sell and just wait for the funds. Please keep us posted. Thanks

NO most mc011 account you can not create any listing anumore. only in some rare cases where you can still list then yes. but you have to stop selling for 60 days in order to get the payout. and once you get the payout you can start selling again and then wait for 60 days again.

95% of my MC011

- listings were not ended

- I could still continue to sell , revise , end listings , list new items etc ....

- payouts blocked

- no seller protection

Keep sales under control, send everything out the same day the order comes in, respond to customers the same day and you will be fine.

This is the best MC011 in fact. Easy to re-instate.
Just add all orders tracking numbers, give them all the invoices for your orders, an adequate bank statement, and the rest that they request - and you'll get it re-instated easy.
