Now if my newly created account gets hit with an MC999 and then reinstated, am I more likely to face scrutiny on this account in the future?
I appreciate that took took my advice. People often times ignore my advice because I come across like an A hole. Sometimes the biggest A holes are your best friends. Many people here either lack real experience or they purposefully omit information. This type of attitude is across all groups forums etc ... Also what works for one might not works for another and vice versa.

My advice is: Don't pay anyone to un-MC999 your account. It's impossible.
Only MC011 are fixable. (And that's only if eBay keeps your listings Live, despite hitting you with the MC011 message)
With the MC999 even if you magically manage to re-instate your account, a few days later it's getting re-suspended.

Has it been more than 3 days since you sold anything yet without another MC999?
Did you manage to keep your original seller limits without them being crippled?
In my years of experience the answer is no to at least one of these in 95% of cases

Ive had listings end under Mc011 then get reinstated. Tho it was moreso for a "provide tracking update" request than anything else

Camaro2SS - To me you come across like a perofessional who knows what they are doing and your advice was spot on perfect. Thank you again.
Sam999 - I haven't sold anything on these accounts yet. AI kicked off an MC999 suspension but by calling in and talking to an ebay rep they got my account verified and active. We will see how long this lasts but so far all 8 accounts are looking good. I will be transitioning to seller on these accounts over the next month. I will keep you posted.
DSdominators - I agree, the paid MC999 service is the same thing we can do. Just call in. So far none have been re suspended but the real test is when I get them seller activated. Will keep you posted bro.
