| You are correct, and I do not disagree with you or others who say that just because I was able to pass reactivation does not mean I will not get MC999. I am fully aware of that.
However, I would like to repeat that, for now, in my personal opinion, after creating many accounts over the last few years, one of the most crucial factors for eBay is verifying your identity right from the start. This is where I think a lot of people fail. They believe that providing information to eBay little by little is somehow safer, but it is not. eBay wants to verify your identity from the very beginning. |

Register an account, browse normally for a few days, and make 1-2 small purchases. |

did you get the reactivate message when you listed the item right away or did they give you the reactivate message after you created the sellers account without listing an item?? |

I just opened 3x ebay business sole LLC accounts mins ago
all I did was use a new phone device/new phone number
and got selling limits for 2x 5000/500k and 1x 25/700
I'm not going list anytime soon I'm just gonna age it for a few months
Is it best that I aged them for about 6 months to avoid the "reactivate message" |

| This is not correct regarding "ageing accounts" - if you just let it sit then when you start selling, that is the technical age of the account.
That being said, you can browse and bid in the meantime |

People seem to forget the basics of stealht. I'm pretty sure that when you first started using ebay back in the day that you didn't try to open a seller account the first time you visited the site. You surely clicked around the site for a while, you saw something you were interested and added to your basket, maybe you clicked help pages about how to create an account etc etc.
Nobody is going to spoon feed people here, we all hard to learn the hard way.

| You don't need to reset the phone, I am talking about tethering, not using the phone itself to make the accounts - although that's an option, but I haven't done it myself. You just need to make sure you have a fresh I.P everytime, to do this you just need to turn the mobile network off and on again - on most networks this works |

| That's good then - I usually just stick to laptop/computer for my eb operations. I wouldn't create multiple accounts off of one phone - unless you reset the phone each time you create an account...I'd feel a bit weird with the cookie tracking |
