Ebay AI is determinating each item as replica
Hello.
I have aged 5+ years and about 20+ feedbacks from branded items second hand sold. Some of them 10k+$
Now i list branded but cheap item 100$ and its third time since december when ebay remove listing as replica and gave me warings.
They whrite in email its AI decision.
How it can be ? Every single item goes under replica. |

Third time removing listing? You're playing with fire trying to relist it.

| Its not same item three times in a row :))
It is same category but diferent color.
It is Hermes brand. All items is Hermes.
As i said, have sold many, but since dec 2025 ebay bot is removing all items |

| I have appealed one of two ended listings. And i explained there for ebay, i can list whatever i want but this AI will take it down anyway.
Lets see what will happen |

The rep cant change the AI behavior ,it has to be their Tech dept.
Did you take your own photo or use stock photo?
What about other sellers?
You cant be the only Hermes seller?
I see plenty of used HERMES scarves on Ebay ! |

| Sure, always using only my own photos. Never had used stock photos.
Others still selling if you mean that. There is many sellers who sell Hermes stuff. |

likely lack of selling history , seems to be similar to amazon where ungating brands takes previous history. here it seems to be AI version of the same which can not gate but removes instead |

| No, i have only one account.
I gave this two items to my friend who has also account on ebay but with much more less selling history, and he was listed those items.
He sold both items sucessfully. AI didnt take them down.
But if i list those items they will be taken down.
How this can be explained ? |

Before i told you my friend who has also selling account with much less selling history ( 2026 year account ) can sell all those items what i can not sell anymore.

from my experience uk , usa , germany and a few others get preferential treatment. smaller ones are stricter but if the country does not matter here then AI might have red flagged the actual account |
