The recent one I had my sales went from 200 daily to nearly 900 in one day, I did upload tracking straightaway but a review and then MC011 was triggered, in my niche there a lot of rival sellers causing metrics to go down.

Did you successfully get it reinstated after MC011?

I submitted creative invoices, and a utility bill, but was a permanent selling restriction.

unfortunately that was always going to be the outcome,AI is very vicious at the moment with alot of platforms, sad times

Hmm quite like an auto appeal fail - the appeal process hasn't been so successful in the past 5 years it feels...

I think eBay want to prevent any kind of fraudulent activity from buyers and sellers.
Just recently I had few instances where eBay refunded the buyer out of their own very very very deep pockets, I was covered under the seller protection.

They reinstated but the account can't sell, only buy? After you gave them the docs?
