Default What Causes Red Flags / Acc Reviews

From my experience it's the following, be that directly or indirectly (with time) causing a red banner to pop up on the account;

- Shipping items untracked
- Selling items at a significant price reduction to market price
- Sudden increase in sales volume / $
- Cases/complaints raised by buyers against you
- Listing reports (shilling/suspicious items being sold/using stolen pics)
- Selling many different items all of a sudden (results in invoice uploads)
- Not dispatching on time
- Changing bank accounts or primary address
- Recent high volume of returns
- Not resolving resolution centre requests on time
- Sus items (counterfeit or something commonly deemed as a stolen product)
- Obviously non-professional misconduct (e.g. profanity / poor communications with buyers)

Just to name a few, maybe others had more ideas? Any input is greatly appreciated..

Spot on tbh

I've experienced acc reviews for sending low value items without tracking even though higher value items were shipped tracked. Account was fine in the end.

Yep me too as of recent, I've decided to completely refrain from sending untracked, it almost always results in a restriction (upload invoices & proof of delivery etc), more of a nuisance in the long run.

I've also noticed an account review / restriction is an accumulation of things (unless you violate a serious policy then its instant), therefore if you don't receive a review immediately after doing any of these things it will more than likely result in a review down the line..

Sudden sales surge + no tracking information
Low-price sales + inability to provide invoices
Large number of new product categories + new accounts
