How do you manage changing IP for each of those accounts? Do you have DSL where you would unplug the modem and plug it back in for a new IP?

What's the fastest more efficient method for you?

Yes, I have DSL. I just log into my router and disconnect then reconnect. The IP doesn't change by much, maybe from 181.28.183.29 to 181.28.180.90 for example, but it works without problems. In over a year, out of over 80 accounts, I've only had 2 limited by PayPal.
