Question Regarding listing removed , improper item

hi there,
i was listing a software in the ebay and had quite a good sale as this was the first time i had listed it in the ebay and i passed the limit which paypal checks ie around £1700 ,after which it checked my paypal phone no and my card details and after checking when it was confirmed ,i started selling again and then last week i received a mail from ebay saying "MC019 eBay Listing Removed: Copyright Violation - Unauthorised Item " i got mad and thought what the hell s going on . i checked other ebay list items and there was quite a few selling the same thing . They did not suspend me ,as i was having very good positive feedback but i dont know whether if i list the same thing again will i get suspended and what should i do . hope u all can help me .
also i dont know where to get the rights of that item which i am selling . is there any way out
thanks

Hi, check the email. It will give you an indication whether you were reported by a VERO member or another Ebayer.

If VERO the email will have the contact details for the rights owner. You can appeal to them.

If another Ebayer you can appeal direct to Ebay.

Forget about lots of other people listing the same thing. Don't relist until you have resolved the issue. You will just end up with a suspension.

Your case highly depends on whether the goods are from legit source or not, in terms of whether you bother to appeal...do you have evidence, suppliers, receipts to back it up

dont look at what others are selling...their time may come or their accounts are different in some way....

and dont sell this again for another 90 days on same account.....

If you get another suspension at that point, dont sell that item again on account or it will be busted......

Its either too hot to sell due to a competitor or vero owner, do some research on that...
or post what item is here and someone may advise..

Very doubtful.

You have the right idea RE: getting eBay Stealth and making more accounts to spread your sales out.

Take head of what others selling the same item are doing, get some ideas to stay under the radar.

But it sounds like you had a pretty good run with your sales so it might have just been bad luck.
