I also got this phenomenon, go too fast to link paypal.
And success after 1-2 days.

Just had the problem myself.. average around 2-3 day wait is it you'd all agree?

well. its on again, few days it worked, now again we are back to square zero

What do you mean by 'it's on again' ?

Your new accounts were able to sell after a few days right? No problems?

New accounts were able to sell right after you verify the linked paypal, but now somethings wrong again

the server has sync, can list now

I just checked the one I tried 2 days ago and it's working now :D
