You cannot submit your listing due to the following problems
 

Hello, i have encounter this problem with my account. Since yesterday, i wanted to sell , so i try to link my verified paypal account. My paypal account has just verified mins ago and then i try to link to my ebay.

I have contacted ebay support live chat and they say nothing wrong with my account. PayPal says my account is verified.

But on ebay system, it says my PayPal account is not verified yet. But they check manually , and it is verify.

They say it might be due to the slow updating of the system.

Does anyone knows why does this happen? Is it a common problem?

I have a few accounts doing the same way previously without any problem

You need link a verified paypal in to the ebay or put a vcc in the seller accounts.Go to my ebay-account-seller accounts to do those process before you can list.

This could also be a phishing email. Don't click on any links in it, even if it is legit. Go onto eBay and link your paypal account.

I have already linked the verified paypal account and put a vcc in the seller account

it is not an email, i took it from the website when i try to list

Have the absolutely same problem with ebay germany, it started yesterday, same as you. Did you use entropay card ?

btw, I have tried linking a paypal that was made 2 weeks ago, that one worked. If you ask me, they have messed up something, and I am under the impression that ebay is pulling a backup paypal database from lets ssay sunday, and in that one, you and me were not verified. If its anything else, we would have been limited imediately. Pls update me, if you get any info on this issue :)

And one more thing, that actually gives evidence to the fact of pulling the old database. I tried unlinking the pp adress from ebay, changing e-mail on paypal, destroying old email, and then linking the new email - and voila, the old e-mail pops up, doesnt matter that I deleted it.

Yea, I get that message on new seller accounts. I just link my ebay and paypal account and the problem is solved. Just go to Me Ebay > Accounts > and you'll see an option that says 'link my accounts.' Just link them and the problem will be solved.

Aking, as said b4, this has been done, but it still doesn't work. I don't think this affected ebay us, seems to me, non localized users are affected

Well, I called ebay now, and according to them, everythings OK, they are talking about a possible delay in sync between ebay and pp... The following days will show whats up :)

Thank you guys for the replies, the problem is solved, it lies to the slowness of paypal server sync with ebay now. Just need to wait 2-3 days and it will be solved..

I am having the same problem with ebay UK. Already verifiedand linked my new ebay and PP accounts, and get the same message when trying to list an item :(

Thanks for the info. Its been 2 days for me so far. Just got to wait it out now. I thought I done something wrong. Now what to do...:juggle:

Just w8, no other thing they will fix it... at first i just thought its certain cards that dont work, but then I tried 4 diferent visa and mc's and all the same. They f****d up something seriously, and if u ask me, its gonna take them about 2 weeks 2 fix. Last time when PP was down, it lasted 2 weeks

Its a glitch in ebays system.

I talked to ebay 2 days ago and yesterday several times about it and then paypal and paypal told me I am linked to talk to ebay.

Ebays rep told me to try again in 24 hours, they are trying to fix the issue.

Of course I am still waiting to list :suspicious:

i have another account already verified for 3 days, yet still waiting..

does anyone have wait for 2-3 days and account is ok now?

I had the same trouble, it seems that now paypal is asking for a confirmed bank account and a confirmed CC to let you sell

Well at this point anything is worth a try. Getting impatient.

I Have the same problem.
i created an ebay account. -> i linked to my paypal address. -> And i gone to selling tab. -> i created an bidding. -> When i click "list your item" button ebay is wanted my paypal password for fees -> i wrote my paypal address and password again.->And after that gived this error:
