Default paymate and ebay

I believe one paymate account can be linked with multiple ebay accounts before (at different times). There was an option in paymate, and you can simply insert the new ebay ID and start authorization. However, as I logged in paymate today, the option is gone, and my paymate account is linked with my current ebay account for ever. Does the same thing happen to you who are using paymate now. Thanks.

Ya I guess that is not available anymore. I did call them a few days ago, and the rep said that I have to email them if I wanted to open up another account.

I just got off the phone with a paymate rep. She told me that we are now able to open multiple accounts. This is a good news, because we are allowed $5000 a month per account. Since using paymate I have not had any problems, money is deposited into my account in 3 days. No more 21 days holds from paypal! I guess the only downside is you need a ssn to open an account.

Do not send items before payment clears. I thought for sure once payment is processed through paymate it is ok to ship out the items. Well, today I received an email that a buyers payment was rejected. This was 3 days after the payment was made. I guess the douche bag must have made a stop payment after she noticed I marked the item as shipped. What a bitch! LOL! Lesson Learned.... $100 donation!

Did you mean opening multiple PAYMATE accounts? And 5,000 a month per account? How come? Is that stated in the rules or something? What happens if you go over that limit?

You can open up one paymate account for each ebay account that you have. Before, you could only open up one paymate account, and add as many ebay accounts to it.....Up to $5000 a month per account, unless you upgrade to an ebusiness account, here is the link where you can get more info about this: Account Types - USA. Not sure what happens if you go over the 5k limit, you have to call them about that, my guess is it rolls over to the next month........ GOOD LUCK!

Does paymate give the buyer the sellers personal info - Name, Address, Phone#?

Paymate does not disclose your personal details to the buyer. You do have to use your real information to sign up for Paymate so keep in mind that although they won't disclose the information to the buyer right away if you are selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items and someone gets a subpoena for your information Paymate would have to turn it over.

Names have to match up or you will be limited sooner or later for wrong info.
