new ebay account for buying but now want to sell too
 

hey everyone i did all the things on the guide e.g. clearing cookies, shut off modem and restart to get new IP addy, etc. and registered a new ebay account, started to buy stuff i need and really want to get back onto selling because that's what i did before ebay linked my accounts and blocked me. i'm trying to get them resolved at the moment since one of the account was blocked due to some UPI strikes but since they take forever to answer, i am losing $ for each day i dont sell. so anyway, if i do continue to sell what i did before. should i change my titles, descriptions, pictures, etc? should i also use auctiva for my auctions, if so, is auctiva the best or are there other ones? my account is only a couple days old since finding this site and following the instructions on fooling ebay to think i'm a different person so should i start selling or should i refrain until that "new" icon disappears. by the way, for my previous auctions, i use photobucket to host my pictures, should i use the same host or should i sign up for a different account and upload all the pictures again so they dont think i'm the same person? anyway, any inputs, insights and recommendations are appreciated.

You may want to read the forum a bit more. That guide is out of date. I'm going to create a new one ASAP.

But yes, Auctivia is great choice; you shouldn't have a problem selling now. List depending on your item risk; don't list too much if your items are high dollar, etc etc etc

hi everyone, i just got an email from T&S on how to get reinstated due to a linked suspended account which i have no control over of. anyway, they told me to fax in this form with my current info, etc. as well as a proof of identification so does anyone know that as long as i do what they ask, i will be reinstated and does it usually take long? any past experiences with this that got reinstated as well.

as previously stated, T&S requested me to fax in a form they provided along with the copy of a driver's license as suggested by the forum, do what ebay ask and i did however, i would like to know has anyone had to fax in forms and how long do we usually have to wait until we hear anything? should i also email them again informing them that i have faxed in the requested info or should i leave them alone for now but for how long? please post any advice or past experiences as i dont know whether i should wait for them to reinstate me since i've faxed in what they wanted and it's been about 3-4 days or email them again asking for a status update? thank you.

God I'd never give ebay my driver's license number, only a utility bill.

unfortunately the utility bill isnt in my name which is why i didnt give that

Yeah for some reason I was skeptical about giving my drivers license number too. Glad I wasn't the only one.

I think in order to legally check it, ebay has to call the utility company and impersonate you. They got your info from the bill so they can do identity theft.

That's another reason why it's probably better to send them ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info.

how can you open ⊗⊗⊗⊗named paypal if you need to add correct CC number (not vcc). can i add a different name at pp registration than the name of the owner of the CC i add? or address can be different? or?
