Anybody know how and when am I supposed to receive the call from eBay to confirm my account?

tbh. not all accounts get the phone call. Sure it is happening a lot more these days but some accounts get no call.
All I can suggest is to have an active phone number. Know all the details of your account and be ready

Nek when you register to sell your fist item and add a payment method either a credit card or Paypal, thats when you will get the call.
