Heads up on the DVD's guys, Ebay has new policy going into effect soon reguarding this, I do not exactly remember what it is, I do not deal with Media, all I remember is that Starting on some date in the future you must include the date that the contents of the DVD "Entered the Public Domain" (Whatever that Means) ON YOUR LISTING if it was before 1978 I think, Look it up I Know it is there. All I remember was thinking that this was most likley going to be a New type of Removal tool for those selling DVD's

P.S. I think it also applies to software, someone should Look it up on Ebay and Post The Facts for all of us, The ONLY thing that I am 100% Sure of is that there is New Policy Comming soon

Make sure your listing follows these guidelines. If it doesn't, it may be removed, and you may be subject to a range of other actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.

If you see listings that offer unauthorized copies of media, please report it to us.





Basically it means copyright and trademark laws are only in affect for a certain amount of time. Just think of it like you can't patent a pair of scissors any more.

MM78, I don't think they realized as probably did a search and I told Greenie about this a while ago you don't see the date of the search results so I did this a lot in the beginning.
