yes we do get games systems and games for this price....things are quieter in uk video games world especially in the old system

no did not send a threating email..explained it to her the items are not genuine and she refuse to admit she is wrong. she was rude and thats when i told her do not like her tone and would go to the police.. i do not know about your country but here it would have been look into it.

You don't really get authentic louis vuitton handbags on ebay for 50 bucks!
You don't really get Authentic Brand name clothing for 10 % of what it actually costs! You get what you pay for .. so if you try to buy something for a fraction of what it is worth .. you will have to set your expectations accordingly ! If you buy a copy .. and the price is right .. and the quality is ok , then be happy. If you really have a problem with copyright infringment and want to ensure you get 100% licensed authentic goods .. then open up your wallet and pay for it ! Couldn't be said better, this is the most sensible post I've seen here thus far. It happens with movies/concerts as well. Someone will buy an unreleased/rare/impossible to find item for ten bucks, and then lose their minds when they see its a ****. If it looks good, enjoy it and shut up.

Well guess what? Can you believe it PayPal took the seller side and close the case. I did not get my refund.
I can't believe how screw up is PayPal.
They actually allowed these type of seller to get away
For all those who think that i bough these on low price are wrong, we have many items going that price that are genuine and authentic. So what i was buying was not about the money or bargain, it is something you put a trust in a seller.
Any tips anyone, what shall i do dispute it with ebay

Sorry to hear but since it looks like it was an outside of eBay transaction you wasn't going to win at all. Paypal doesn't support "Not as described" disputes during outside of eBay transactions. :D

The next option is to open a credit card chargeback..

It is not a outside ebay transaction, i bought this on ebay from a seller.
How do i do a charge back on my credit card, i paid through prepaid card

Tell me about it, i sell things and ebay get after me for the smallest things which i end up refunding, but this type of problem can't believe it they are taking the seller side
