Question About selling item that can be digitally deliver.

HI guys, I got suspended by paypal and then eBay. I was selling gym membership. I was making about $200-350 each day since i started selling this. My old account was 1 year old and was not very active in selling. And I got suspended after 2 weeks selling these items. Is there any tips for selling items like these to avoid getting limited. I have bought and read the ebook eBay Stealth, but i did not see any thing about these. Pay pal still keeping my money, about $400. I will create new account with the instruction in the ebook, and I will try to sell these items again. Can someone help me with some tips and advices? Thanks a lot.

uhm...the problem is that this is a free offer, not valid if resale =_=. I just want to sale it without drawing any attention from eBay or Paypal. What should I write in my listing to make it seem legit? I know that they have a new rule about not to write about the cost of labor.

What oompa is saying in case you didn't understand is...

When selling digitally delivered goods and items, you must mail something to your customer that can be tracked in the PayPal/eBay system.

So is it ok if I just mark it as shipped, since a lot of item can be shipped with a stamp and there would be no tracking info.

Wrong.

eBay and PayPal want to see tracking if you want to stay under their radar.

Anyone can mark anything as shipped regardless if it wasn't.

Lol. Yes you need to mail them something. I think it would be a good idle to mail them a thank you card. Say something like "save $5.00 on you next order with the promo code pump5"

At the post office you need to ask for it. Or you can print a label out using PP. Every label comes with free tracking.

You can put a tracking number on a letter.

I guess I will buy an account from this forum and start selling again, my newest account just got limited, and I already have $125 in it after 1 day. =_= . So must I get tracking number to every thing because that gonna cost me T_T? or just once in a while?

Om every package. Its like no more then 2.00

On something you get for free and selling means you get 100% profit

the $2.00 wont hurt you.

I wont need a actual address right? since there will not be any problem or even if there is a return I will not be afraid to lose any thing.

I am selling a digital item too (pins) but I like to deliver the item through email so that they can leave feedback right away and so the 21 hold doesn't affect me (plus I give them something extra if they leave feedback right away so they always do). Could i just print out the tracking number and put it into pp and ebay just to stay under the radar for like a month???? I dont mind getting a new account once a month.

So you don't really need a real address right? If I could stay active for just a month I could get a lot of money, I sell codes too. And I don't mind if they keep my money for 6 months. It is just like a long term saving. =D

BTW what is the best pp alternative? like a merchant that accepts pp and cc from ebay users and that allows me to withdraw my money right away?
