Desperated .. HELP! Any good way to block eBay buyers with less than 6 feedbacks ?

I have received consecutive 2 neg FB, and 1 neutral FB from these new eBayers, one is clearly a mistake, because the Neg FB= "Good!" , these new eBayers are very cocky and never (probably don't know how to) respond to my messages ..

I had enough, please, Is there any good ways to block these new eByers with less than 6 positive feedbacks ?
