Ebay can get sued for asking buyers to fax merchants account papers and refuse to open 50% or moore accounts to sellers with real merchant accounts statements. Ebay is using this note to slave people to paypal.. If people sue them for this this can be a good case. Basically they are trying to illegally monopolize. They are lying to people saying you can use merchant accounts but behind the back they dont let people to use it. This can be very good case.
