can ebay credit list you?

I work at a bank and I'm pretty sure we need 100 points ID before we can credit list anyone. So am I correct that ebay cant credit list you if you dont pay your fees?

paypal can definately if they have your real details..for not paying fees, weve just had a situation like this with a member here..

Can you please explain the situation? They sent me a letter from collections saying to pay so I did...but they didnt even have my correct surname on the letter! so I'm pretty sure ebay couldnt credit list me

oh sorry, you mean can they put black marks on your credit?.....I was thing of something else, about if they could trace you thru credit agency....

if youve paid, I dont see why they would...................
