I have created my new ebay account and paypal. The payal has been verified and linked to my ebay account. But the system always asked me verify and link my paypal. t doesn't recognize that I do have a verified paypal account linked.
I have tried it on 4 new ebay and paypal account. All of them got the same suitation. But if I link my new ebay account with my old paypal account, the problem is dispeared. Is this an ebay site technical issue? anyone has the same problem? Please help. Thanks

I have talked with ebay live help and it seems like a ebay site technical issue. The ebay selling form cannot regonized the paypal which verified in these 2 days. But They did not give me the date when they will get this problem fixed.
Its happening to me too. But i can list some stuff, i can't list brand names like dkny. I said this on a similar thread, i need help desperatly. i think its bc i cleared out all the flash cookies too much and they can't verify me.
I had some problems w my bank too, even though i used same pw, and it still want me to verify sometimes.
if they ask for my bank account statement, should i fax?
