If you sell them as Used you are less Likley to have a problem, But you still can. First Edition is 100% correct in his post above, Follow that advice.
Another thing, You said the Sopranos, Make 100% sure that you have the correct Retail Box For your Country (USA) Most VERO takedowns for DVD Happen Because sellers place photos of Boxsets that Either were NEVER Made at All or were Made for another region of the world, which Means that those DVD's ARE NOT Region 1 DVD's which Mean that they CANNOT Play on US DVD Players.
Counterfeiters VERY OFTEN use Boxset Graphics/Demensions from only One Region of the world and sell it Everyhere, because a Counterfeiters DVD's are Region 0 they will play on ANY DVD Player Anywhere in the world. So what happens is that even though you have a DVD Boxset that can Play Perfectly in the U.S.A. you get in THE WRONG BOX, so when you put the photo of the Boxset on Ebay---BAM--- I know of AT LEAST 6 Different Sopranos Boxsets Out there, There is only 1 Real One that can be sold in the U.S. (This is why Ebay has "Stock Photos")
How about this, A LOT Of times Counterfeiters MAKE UP their own Graphics/Demensions for Boxsets that they sell, MANY TIMES they even Create Entire Boxsets of TV or Movie Series that DO NOT EVEN EXIST!!!
China is LOADED with type of Sh*t
