I can only add to what people have already said, I have a very old version of the Ebay Stealth manual and it opened my eyes to issues I wasnt even aware of. Without the manual you might eventually get an ebay / paypal stealth account set up, but probably along the way you would make some fundamental errors that could mean your new accounts get linked to your old accounts and thus suspended.
The Ebay Stealth manual gives you a comprehensive step-by-step guide to setting up not just your ebay / paypal seller accounts, but ensuring your PC is correctly configured so that you dont get your accounts linked / suspended again. Its a tour de force achievement by this Aspkins guy and combined with this wonderful forum he has saved our collective necks from poverty and the dole queue - I kid you not!
If you are considering buying it because you've just lost your ebay / paypal account and you desperately need to start selling again ASAP then DO NOT HESITATE - BUY IT, READ IT, DO IT NOW! I dont know how much the manual costs right now but I promise you it would still be cheap at ten times the price. Just look at all the glowing reviews here, ask some of the people in the forum, I doubt you will hear from one person who doesnt thank God that this guide exists.
Thanks Aspkin for helping me to be able to work as a self-employed Ebay Antiques & Collectables trader rather than been stuck in some 9-5 minimum wage hellhole call-centre / factory. I wouldnt have been able to do it without yourself and the people on your forum.

I've seen the ads in my Google searches for the longest of time, but assumed there were so many versions that people bought and sold again so I never bothered. I bought it on a whim 2 days ago (after becoming a member of this site) and HIGHLY recommend it, as there were several things that even I didnt know.
It reads like a ".... for Dummies" book in the way that if you dont understand something all you have to do is go back and read it slowly and you will get it.
100% NOT clipped and pasted from somewhere else, 100% professional and there are no hidden aggendas for offering it (like other links and downloads inside the book for other products). SOLID info, well organized and I learned a lot from it, even with my years of experience.
The only down sides that I can think of was that 1) you can't pay for it with Paypal (which I wouldn't anyways, obvious reasons) so you have to have a credit card handy and 2) if it would have said $37 next to the ad I would have bought it a long time ago, at least out of curiosity. Anyone who's either bought an established account or bought a ton of junk for the sake of feedbacks on an account they started themselves knows that a few $100 is not bad, and that $37 is NOTHING when it comes to a secure Ebay account. Sure there are the 5 or 10 things that are common sense, or that you can learn from reading on the internet, but there are a LOT of things that I didnt know. Things I didnt realize DONT matter, and things that DO.
Anyway, I wrote all that just so that anyone else on the fence knows that the book is both CHEAP and what I'd consider the BEST. Dont even BOTHER to start or buy another account before breezing through it.
I'm sure a lot of other buyers of the book would agree, if just given a place to say so. This website is very informative and great for new thoughts and discussion, but the book is the BEST. DEFINITELY the place to start.

| It does work on mac, Just follow the instructions when the official email has been sent to you after your purchase, (theres a help section which leads to mac guidance).

I haven't used the book for a while, but I just tried to open it, and it's not working.
This is what happens:
"The publisher could not be verified..." then I click on Run
Something appears for a second which says Open Link and OK, then I see the blue loading bar, and then it closes immediately, the book won't even load, at least I don't see it.
Edit: I made a screenshot using the print screen function, and finally I was able to see what it says: "Your Secure-Ebook product needs to upgraded to a more recent version. To start the upgrade process, click on the "Open Link" button below, and follow the instructions". It closes so fast that I don't even have a chance to click on it.
When I check the processes in Task Manager, I see that two AcroRd32.exe and two eBay-Stealth.exe are running but as I said earlier the book/pdf document closes immediately.
Does anyone else have the same problem? I'm able to open amazon ghost, but not ebay stealth.
Edit: finally I was able to click on the open link tab, and it was upgraded successfully, so now everything works perfectly and everybody is happy :cheer: |

Ebay Stealth-A Must Have!
I'm a moderate seller, made two mistakes & my account was gone! totalled! I couldn't beleive it & like many, It hit so hard. "Ebay Stealth" has revived me & about to revive my pocket :lol: I'm no computer whiz, I have Dyslexia & the layout it perfect with easy guide instructions, don't lose out another day, Stealth is a must have! :spy: |

Same also with Amazon. As the leverage is on the side of the buyer.
So, what I was doing for a couple years was selling on my own website and then buying on ebay and amazon and having it shipped to customers.
Playing price comparison games. Worked pretty well.
As long as you can avoid the silly 10% for 90 days rolling reserve that paypal seems to inflict on bigger sellers.
At any rate, the point is.. Then, if you ever have a dispute, you can just goto Ebay or Amazon where you purchased and make the vendor take a return.
Also, the good news is you have less disputes when you sell directly with paypal.
And also, the power is in your favor, as Paypal does not cover buyer purchases outside of ebay the same as on ebay.
Outside of Ebay, if someone makes a not as described dispute, you often win.
Outside of Ebay:
1. Not as described dispute = you often win.
2. Non-receipt = just provide tracking.
3. Not as described chargeback = well, you still loose here most of the time.
4. Non-receipt chargeback = just provide tracking.
On Ebay:
1. Customer complains for any reason whatsoever.
2. You are screwed. |

here's my take on eBay Stealth
it is the kind of conclusion that dawns
after your computer-guru cousin and banker uncle come sleep over at your place,
but again how many of us have such family wonders .

but the best thing is that it is compacted in an orderly manner
that those hazey over being dumped from eB/PP can (at least try to) understand at a glance,
and yes it is a quick read well within an hour .
but ofcourse, putting all into action is another matter
perhaps why now I have a headache ughhh
where the authors have thought of everything :
for this forum is the exact supplement to fill-in rest of the bits & pieces "V"
and it is NOT a cheap eBook in the age of post-Kindle apps.
so better think of it as an Adobe Suite CS7 |

got stealh guide after trying to get my own tech to work on getting back up ad running, my last account managed a six month run but they still got me, i needed that extra bit of help and advice and came looking for stealth
read it from start to finish in 1 go as in fairness as im in the uk a few pages didnt really appeal to me regarding the usa or canada type stuff but i still read it and was an education if nothing else
went to bed after reading the book and i dreamt about it LOL no lie, which was great as it seems as if i have read it again so in my mind now im fresh on what it is i have to do to stay stealth and not get blocked again... or if i do slip up i have stealth to guide me back on track time and time again
must admit i thought i was throwing my money away on a dead download as i have a few download issues to start with but the mods were right on the case and soon had me up and running, and i was impressed with the speed in which they opperate
thanks to stealth i now know what i have to do and where i have been going wrong... i still have a few obstacles to get over as im in theuk and a virgin bb user regarding ip change is going to be a bit more of a headache than i 1st thought but stealth does offer you option after option after option in fairness to it, if your path is blocked one route stealth shows you another and i liked that a lot
i think in the meantime im going to read over it again one more maybe even two more times but i already know in my mind what it is im going to do
thankyou ebay stealth i now have the enthusiasm and optimism to get started again
looking forward to posting some success stories when im fully up and running |

Great book!
I have Ebay and Amazon books and they are so good!! I can't even imagine the time it would take and endless accounts to find out all that detailed info. All the trial and error that must go into that kind of book. VERY thorough and informative.....absolutely worth buying!
With that said IMO I think you need to always go into stealth accounts with the attitude that you will lose them eventually and sell accordingly. (Not that its guaranteed to happen) I am still not nearly as experienced as many on here so maybe I'm wrong but I just think its best to think this way. If you lose one (many) you just keep plugging away. If you have lots of money or time (remember eggs in one basket) in an account without preparing that any day you could get that dreaded email that your account is closed you will be devastated. I am trying to do my best to keep mine going but still expecting it to be disposable... just my 2 cents! |

I purchased the book about six months ago also. Not really for myself but for a member of my family.....I bought the book about a month or so before i went travelling.
I already knew a little about eBay stealth and i had already been running 3 accounts at the same time for about 8 months...the reason i bought it was to give my family member a point of reference as she was running my eBay business while i was away.
I spent 3 days straight reading the eBook and doing a little of my own background research on the topics within it.
needless to say the ebook is a wealth of information not only for newbies to stealth but also to those who have experience in it.
Before i left i decided to make 10 new ebay account as "back ups" and list the odd item on now and again to give them a bit of history.
I have been back for about 3 weeks now and i have decided to make my eBay business my full time profession (mainly due to the job market for graduates in the UK) and as such i have decided to sell each catagory of goods under a different user ID. So im now running 13 eBay accounts from one PC via ONE broadband connection....and its all thanks to this ebook and the wealth of information on this forum.
