General question about reinstatement with ID

Started selling a bit then bam, got hit with the big screen message that Id is required - government-issued and utility/credit card bill. Can someone pm me with exactly I should fax in? I don't really have the government-issued ID to back the account as you can imagine ha.

A pm would be nice to help me out - maybe I can use someone's solid service on creating the proper docs. Or a lead to the appropriate post in the past...
