Selling on ebay and amazon at the same time?

I am sorry if this has been answered somewhere already, but I couldn't seem to find it......Wondering if anyone sells their inventory on both ebay and amazon at the same time. I'm curious if there is a tool, or way to upload my ebay auctions/store directly to amazon and if so, how is everyone keeping track of their sales between both so not to oversell their inventory.
