Not sure if you can. I think you can use a online fax service though that will let you choose your area code.

If you are faxing to a toll-free number, you can not block your number. But there are other options you might use. You could either use a Kinky's service if you have a shop nearby or check a free trial of some on-line fax service. Local libraries have fax machines (I'd be careful there)
