Default Reroute package

My supplier sent my package to the wrong addressee. I called USPS and they said they can reroute it but my supplier needs to call his post office in China and request that action. I told him to do that and he said that can not be done.

Does anyone know if you can do this? Thanks!

With a China supplier? Hope it works out - I am waiting to see if other people have input. Might take a long time.

yeah, Government post agencies are a pain in the ass if there are any address errors, they want you to jump through hoops backwards just to straighten things out, meaning you have to contact the original shipper etc and that takes forever when its overseas and most likely they will ship the item back. DHL/FEDEX/UPS usually correct the problem over the phone

Your supplier can do that but he do not want to spend more time
