Default PP got limited, eBay still good, what happens with ebay fees?

my ebay account hasn't had any problem, it was created in 07-2007, even I have had two PP accounts limited due to they were linked to a permanently limited PP account. and both of these PP accounts were linked to this ebay account.

did i get lucky or it's just a matter of time until they take down my ebay account?

my main concern is, my ebay acct is due for fees in a few days, since my PP is limited, can ebay still take the fees out? will it take the fees out of my bank account? I can't change anything when it's limited. i can't remove the PP link from ebay either since the fees are not paid.

please advise!

It will charge whatever you have linked to the account, a credit card I'm guessing. I don't think I've ever had a bank account linked to an ebay account so I can't answer that.

they may take fees out of bank if you originally opted to have your fees paid from paypal balance and bank. If you opted for card for fees only, which is forum advice, they shouldnt be albe to touch your bank, but you may want to diconnect you bank from paypal just in case.

They can't withdraw from limited Paypal. Use a credit card for one-time payment - I have done this.

Thanks for the advice. I was still able to change the payment method to credit card and removed the paypal automatic payment link. i used a gift card. :D

since i'm not going to be able to sell on ebay until sometime later i find a good pp account, should i say fuvk you ebay and not pay the fees?

it's about $6k. will they take legal action for this amount?

They might very well come after you. They sent my bro's fees to a collection agency. It was only $700, MUCH less than your 6K.

Hope you used stealth info? But I assume you didn't since your concerned.

I don't think eBay has my ssn. And I changed the name on the account to some random one. Does that help? The address is still correct though.
Any advice how to use stealth info?

If you had your name previously on there, then they will already have you on file. It's tough to say and probably need more info on your part.

Yes 6k that's for a month and half (4k last month + this month so far)
We do about 50-60k sales a month.

So I'm pretty much stuck ?
