Ebay Alert??? 30 day limit? Whats this?

I sold a p90x [ebay] could not list another,ebay alert told me have to be member for 90 days to sell this type of item while trying to list second one.
I was able to list another 10 days after the 90 days {100}.
sold 12 spaced out [also sold misc. used items in the mix]. went to list another and listing message stated same previous ALERT "looks like your new to ebay etc:" do not try to list in other catergories" "you reached limit".30 day wait for this type of item,buyer secirity & so on.
Is there any way around this, to post the fitness products without waiting [30 day]? safe?
Has anyone ever encountered this problem?
What is the best thing to do?

If I were you I would consider Myself VERY LUCKY, I Would also Stay FAR Away from p90x.

Use the sites search Feature Above, and Search "p90x" and read the Horror Stories.

Yeah Beachbody heavily regulates P90X, Insanity on eBay. They figure how do you have so many copies of the same thing and how are you making a profit without being an actual reseller.
