Default Selling on virgin stealth account

Just listed my first item for sale on my stealth account. I currently have no feedback, will this cause any problems apart from the obvious fact that people will be slightly wary of a new buyer.

I intend to buy some cheap items in the next few days to get the feedback up, but right now I really need to sell something urgently

selling 1 thing should not really be a big problem. The other day i sold 10 small things on my 1month old account with no feedback and with no problems. I guess it depends on what your selling aswell & the price. Glad to see your now up & running

It's hit and miss with me

One of my accounts I aged for 30+ days built feedback and sold one item and the payment I got is under investigation they want proof of shipping or proof of refund which isn't a problem. So I sent proof of shipment, obviously.

Cheers stick, it's been a really stressful time since I got banned, fingers crossed now.

I've aged the account for over a month, will take it fairly steady this month, try not to make over £1k maybe and concentrate on getting some solid feedback

Selling with no feedback is a bad, bad idea IMO. Ebay wants more buyers, not sellers. My accounts seem to hold up better when I buy a few cheap items, get some feedback, then start selling.

Yep, been a bit short of cash recently so as soon as i got my account up and running, I wanted to offload some stuff. I will buy some cheap items and get some kind of feedback.

Even thinking that perhaps they are on to me, and are waiting for me to confirm shipment, then withhold the funds and say 'thanks very much, we'll subtract that from what you owe us from your banned account'!. Think I will confirm before I actually send to be on the safe side.

I'm in a state of heightened paranoia since I started listing on my stealth account, i'll probably have a nightmare tonight about logging into a banned account or something!

Welcome to just about every one here's world.

Need fast cash.

But have no feedback.

Could drop ship, but Paypal may hold your cash.

So rather than take the slow and steady route since you can get hit anyway you take the chance of getting one big score to hold you over, but sit as nervous wreck, hoping to wake up to a high selling auction with a cleared payment to boot, while dreading logging in to be greeted with a dreaded limited message. You don't know if you will be kissed or killed when it comes to eBay/PP. Damn shame how livelihoods are nothing but sheep to be slaughtered to them.

If you can wait and be patient, it's best if you establish the accont first.

Have you gotten and read the stealth guide completely?
There's info on your Q
