Are people preparing for Christmas 2010 season? Sales are going to start picking up again, esp. once it starts to cool down and cabin fever sets in!! I plan to make 10-20 accounts in preparation for the holiday season!!

I mean that if he is making 10+ accounts ebay/paypal wise, I doubt he is going to get a bank account for each one. That's a lot of bank registration and such. Unless I am missing something...

Rsot is right. I don't add a bank to all the accounts at once. I add them as I need them, I usually keep 4-6 accounts bank verified at a time. The most important thing is to have the eBay account created, you can add the paypal and get a bank account anytime.
