Attention!

Although you are allowed to sell the Apple iPhone there are limitations on the quantity you may sell each week. You have

reached this limit and will not be allowed to list another iPhone until 7 days have passed from your last iPhone sale.

The following limits are in place:

*

Apple authorized resellers will be allowed to list an unlimited number of items per week.
*

eBay Top-rated sellers will be allowed to list up to 8 items per week.
*

All other sellers will be allowed to list up to 4 items per week.

Note: Sellers who are having difficulty meeting performance may see a reduction in the number of items allowed to be sold

per week.

For additional information on listing the Apple iPhone on eBay, please see our announcement.
17:30:44 Grandik2009
and also please remove all lsting fees for this items.
17:31:45 Vincent Everett
I see. Thank you for providing this information.
17:32:30 Vincent Everett
I can also understand the importance of disposing your items. However, this limit only applies on the item you're trying to

relist.
17:32:56 Vincent Everett
For the meantime, you may sell other items and then try to relist this item after a week.
17:33:00 Grandik2009
yes but I dont have other items for sale! :-)
17:33:07 Grandik2009
I am selling Iphones
17:33:45 Grandik2009
Why I should wait one week for? This is fraud.
17:33:58 Grandik2009
Why I should stop my buisiness?
17:34:38 Grandik2009
It is not fare from ebay side.
17:35:41 Vincent Everett
I understand, Jevgenij. What you can do is to contact PayPal first.
17:35:54 Vincent Everett
This restriction is related with your PayPal account.
17:36:12 Grandik2009
Pay Pal doesent have any limitations for my account
17:36:13 Vincent Everett
You can contact PayPal directly by going to 'Contact Us' at the bottom of any PayPal page. You can also contact them by

phone: 08707-307-191.
17:37:24 Vincent Everett
I understand. Just try to contact them first to confirm this restriction.
17:38:34 Grandik2009
with my Pay Pal account everything is ok! I spoke with them by the phone yesterday. I did not received any money on my

account for any item which fraudent buyers "bought" from me.
17:39:10 Grandik2009
Also yesterday i chat with your college here
17:39:34 Grandik2009
and he advise me to make some blocks on my account
17:39:56 Grandik2009
and to forward all these emails to spoof@ebay.com
17:41:44 Vincent Everett
I understand. I can also see that you have already filed Unpaid Item cases against your fraudulent buyers and your Final

Value Fees have been credited to your account already.
17:42:08 Vincent Everett
Regarding the block on your account, please understand that it is product-related.
17:42:17 Grandik2009
these your college make for me yesterday
17:42:27 Grandik2009
I dont know how to do it
17:42:53 Grandik2009
So, what shall I do then???
17:43:04 Vincent Everett
It means that the Apple company has placed limits on seller regarding the selling of their products on eBay.
17:43:45 Vincent Everett
What you need to do is to let the 1 week waiting period to pass before you try to sell your iPhones again.
17:44:07 Grandik2009
So I will lose my buisiness then!
17:44:12 Vincent Everett
I know this is frustrating on your part, however, the restriction will remain.
17:44:21 Grandik2009
You understand it?
17:45:20 Vincent Everett
Yes. But please try to understand that it's a policy.
17:45:32 Grandik2009
policy of whom?
17:45:36 Grandik2009
of ebay?
17:45:39 Vincent Everett
You received the notice and the explanation as to why the system is not allowing you to relist the items.
17:45:56 Vincent Everett
It's between the Apple company and the site.
17:46:05 Grandik2009
yes but I did not sold any item!!!
17:47:00 Vincent Everett
Yes, I know. But it is based on how many items you've listed.
17:47:25 Grandik2009
Can you please connect me with your general manager?
17:48:55 Vincent Everett
Jevgenij, my manager will also provide you with the same information.
17:49:34 Grandik2009
please connect me with him. It is an absurd situation!
17:50:28 Grandik2009
I need to loose my buisiness because your "safe" website can not clean all the fraud!
17:51:35 Vincent Everett
I understand. Please give me a moment while I connect you to my manager.
17:51:40 Grandik2009
ok

17:56:46 Grandik2009
ok thanks
17:59:25 Katie C
Thank you for patiently waiting. Regarding this matter, I can see why you are concerned on this situation. Please take time

to read this General Announcement posted on eBay UK. Here is the link for your convenience:
17:59:30 Katie C
http://www2.ebay.com/aw/uk/201006.sh...10-06-24173440
18:00:53 Grandik2009
So what I need to do? To wait one week and to loose my buiseness?
18:01:19 Katie C
I can see the difficulty you are having with this policy. However, please be advised that these update was launched as part

of the new changes in eBay UK site.
18:01:46 Grandik2009
I think you understand, that all this chat will pass a lot of web forums....
18:02:13 Grandik2009
and you will make very good advertising for you website
Katie C
I totally understand your point but as what is stated on the update, with the release of the Apple iPhone 4 on 24 June,

guidelines are now in place to help meet buyer demand for this highly-anticipated device, while also promoting eBay sellers

who deliver excellent customer service.
18:04:05 Grandik2009
I HAVE NOT SOLD ANY ITEM!!!
18:04:17 Grandik2009
ALL THE DEALS WAS FRAUD!
18:04:30 Grandik2009
where is my fault?
Katie C
Just for clarification, you're selling Iphones or not?
18:06:11 Grandik2009
Yes
18:06:27 Grandik2009
but I did not sold no one!
18:09:50 Katie C
Thank you for clarification. However, the limitations placed on your account is when you list an item regardless whether

you sold it or not. This is the reason why we placed this restriction- to filter and prevent joybidders since iPhone 4 is

really indemand these days.
18:10:41 Katie C
And also to check sellers if the Iphones they are selling is authentic or not.
18:11:12 Grandik2009
why you just can not remove this limitations from my account?
18:13:00 Katie C
As much as I would like to remove the limitations on your account, we have specific guidelines and Apple company itself

gave us these instruction.
18:15:15 Katie C
You might want to check Apple site regarding these updates and these are implemented to all sellers.
18:16:55 Grandik2009
ok I have understand your point of view. Be sure that I will never list ANY item on ebay website. It is much better to work

with amazoon.
18:17:05 Grandik2009
Have a nice day and good by
Katie C
You're still allowed to sell Iphones, but as stated in the policy, we're just limiting it for now for all ebay member's

safety.
18:18:05 Katie C
Thank you for using eBay, I hope you have a good day.
18:18:49 Grandik2009
I will never work with ebay any more.

I don't think iphones are good to sell but I don't think this situation is ebays fault. The seller reached his limitation for the week when he listed x amount of iphones. If it's their policy that you can't list more than that then that's what it is. It doesn't matter if they were sold or not...

If you want to sell your phones then create another account and sell them. You should have more than one account going.

I don't know why you want to keep trying to sell there if you're dealing with so much fraud. That in itself if baffling and seems like only half the story is being told.

Maybe you're listing these items and accepting other forms of payment outside of paypal...then filing npb complaints...who knows? I'm just sayin...

I don't like ebay's rules and I despise paypal but this time it's not their fault.

My friends and I were bored one night and wanted to see how long it took to piss off live support, almost 2 hours by the way.
we kept telling him i need to call to verify my account, but I had my phone shut off. Then he said to use a cell, told him didn't have one. Told me to borrow one. Told him my friend had one, but he was at of town for 3 days and by that time the account would be suspended. Every solution he found we found a reason it wouldn't work. Seemed funny at the time.

I have seen these type of restrictions before on other products as well, Ebay claims that it is the Product Company's Policy, in this case Apple, I Personally cannot believe that Ebay would Restrict Sales hurting their own Profits, Simply because Another Company asked them to, I Also think it is against the Law, by controlling the Supply of a Product in this way creates an Artificial Price Premium. If they are going to Limit these type of Items I think it would be a Little Fairer if it the Limit was based on SALES and NOT Listings. The More Listings of a Product,,,The Less it sells for,,,See what Im getting at,,,

Ok maybe nobody understand all situation. Yesterday I have listed 1 Iphone 4. Immediately somebody bought it. After that i start to receive a fraudent emails that PayPal block this amount and then I sent them tracking number they will unblock this money... I check my Pay Pal account, call them. They said to me that this is fraud and dont ship any items to this buyer. Buyer wants that I ship this item to Nigeria :-) Ok I contact Ebay support, they say sorry for that and they will not charge me any fees. Then I list another time the same item. The same story.... Today once again. Same story... and once again... and again the same. After that i spent all my limits and did not sold any item!!! Then I go once again to support team and after you can see everything on the chat.... SO TELL ME PLEASE, WHERE IS THE TRUE? If Ebay is so secure website and they have very strict policy, WHY THEY SUPPORT FRAUD on theirs website???

Don't expect fairness and understanding from eBay or PayPal. Also, don't think that you can win an argument with them and get them to change their policies. Only a court order will do that, and GOOD LUCK!

However, the answer is simple. If you want to sell 10 items per week, but you know the ebay limit is ONE item per week, then the answer is to have TEN stealth accounts.

DO NOT TRY TO CREATE THEM ALL AT ONCE AND LIST THE SAME ITEM! That will get your accounts linked and shut down.

Read the Stealth Book. It explains not only how to set up the accounts, but to KEEP THEM. And that is the most valuable part, in my opinion. I do not benefit in any way if you buy it. But it has helped me greatly. And there are too many details to discuss in one web post.

Read the book, then feel free to ask any questions in the forums. Whatever your situation, odds are that someone on the forum has been through it before.

I did COMPLETELY Understand your Situation,,I Think that you Did Not understand my Response in Post #5, Read it again,,,,

Understand this,,,There is NO WAY for you to get Ebay and/or Paypal to Change their Policies Reguarding the Listing of iPhones,,,It is NOT Fair I agree with you,,,,But, Fair or Not it is Not,,,That is the Way it is,,,Sorry,,But "Deal" with it

You have to abide by the policies set out by eBay. There not going to any time soon change the rules for a small seller in there eyes. They don't need eBay where as you do, and they know this. You threatening to leave doesn't bother them one bit because there's always someone waiting to take your place in the 'best match' in the search results.
