Ebay business account

last week my ebay account was suspended,

I want to know : do I need to have an Ebay business account if I want to sell new items ?

There was some talk that business accounts might have more leniency, but I don't know if it went any further than that.

Why not set up a corporation with secretary of state, log about 3 DBAs under that corporation and set up a corporate bank account? Ask your bank for debit cards issued to the separate DBAs and sign up as them.

thats what I plan on doing but by doing this it means paying taxes

How much does it cost to set up Corp?

The rate is different in every state. To have a service like LegalZoom do it, it's about $300-350.
