Hello, i have a pre 11/07 ebay account with a negatvie balance, is it worth me reinstating this account and changing the details to a stealth account and use a stealth ebay account with it?
Im sure i can get it reinstated it is my original account over 500 feedback but do you think they will link me to other suspended accounts?

It does not seem your post is clear....changing details to a stealth account? You will prob be suspended for Id verification when you try to change the info.
If it's the same info as other accounts, paying the negative balance will NOT restore it.
You will just be feeding the eBay beast with free money of your own...
