Default Vendio - your experiences, and vendio vs. auctiva

I have been looking at the vendio programme, and like the idea that you can sell from your own store/ to ebay/ to amazon.
( of course that has its drawbacks too)
But I was wondering if anyone has any experiences using it, is it ia good tool?

How does it compare to auctiva in terms of - can you create your ebay listings via the vendio site without logging in to ebay , and how do buyer questions get handled via vendio?

Judging from the lack of response, I assume not too many people here use it. (myself included).

I does seem like a good service, if you are selling A LOT of DIFFERENT items and want to sell the SAME item across the various sites.

However with eBay's new ban on third party checkout (so one less thing you get for the money at Vendio) and the extra cost of the Vendio service, you will have to determine if it fits well into your business model.

I personally HATE the fact that you have to pay $10 monthly AND a fee on top of that (almost 2%) of all your sales for Vendio. So if you add that to the outrageous eBay and PP fees, you are really taking a good chunk out of your wallet.

thx for your reply

yes I do sell a lot of a variety of items, thats what made me think it would be a great way to organise inventory and get it out there with the least work

BUT , I hate % of sales , on principle mostly. They provide the platform, I want to pay for a platform, I do the sales and work, so I don't like paying someone for my work. But I do understand the model.

hmm, will have to ponder it further...

I would sign up for a month and see if it is really worth it to you. I don't think they make you get into any long term contract type of deal.

If you search the net you might be able to find a coupon for a 14 day trial, I know they were floating around in the past.
