LOL I have had PP mail take as much as 3 months. I suspect that the post offices have a 'waiting for a decision' shelf and things remain on it for a long time. Every time I try to find out what happened the reply is the same. No record of a scan or delivery, are you sure you gave it to us. Since you got a discount on the tracking fee you do not get tracking. We no longer track until it is delivered, Unless you pay extra for insurance you cannot get any information. This also applies to first class and Priority. If it does not get there in 2 weeks refund the money to the customer and don't bother to aggravate the USPS with an inquiry. It only makes you angry and irritates the USPS.
PS The same goes for finding boot prints on crushed boxes with broken items inside. Don't even ask. I never got an answer.
