I dont see how you can sell fully legit item and get those sales up let alone have those listing up. I am seriously re-evaluating the ebay game

I dont understand what you are saying?

My big accounts sell thousands of fully legitimate items a week. I can not imagine having listings up or expanding if I was selling junk.

It seems I either completely misunderstand what you are saying or your thinking is 180 degrees off.

If people can get the new PayPal ID checks successfully and get past that point without getting suspended, dealing with these amounts of sales per month would be a breeze Dexter!!
