Ebay Order ship by Paypal link to a suspend Ebay account

I have a Ebay account has suspend. But the Paypal account is good.

I bought a stealth ebay and paypal account.

the stealth Paypal account is limited.

So Can I use my Paypal account(linked Ebay account suspend) print shipping label(first class mail) for my stealth Ebay account's order?

They will got linked?

Why risk it? Plus you could just go to usps.com and print a shipping label paying with your credit card without going through Paypal at all.

I need First Class Mail. USPS.com donesn't let you print or buy First Class Mail. Only Priority Mail.
