Book is an e-read for the most part - you would need very special permission from the bigboss to print it

I believe I paid for the book,,, I just cannot find how to download the book again.. especially seeking advice on how to tackle with the amazon tax ID problem.

Great book. As a Builder of my own ISP and network engineer, I would love to know how they get MAC address's. Gotta be a java script or the like I assume?

I bought the Amazon Ghost. Great info.
I do have a couple questions:
1. Can I use the address of a second house I bought recently? I am the owner. Will they check this?
2. Can I open a new account then order another debit card under some random name?

Hey so I just purchased the book...great info in there!!

I just got one question about the LLC - why do you have to open a LLC that sounds like a real person?

Does Amazon ask for a real persons name somewhere? Cant i just use the name of the company instead or "make up" an employees name?

You can use any company name.

Whatever name you register with the IRS to obtain the EIN #, make sure you provide Amazon with the exact same name without errors.

They will run this check and it has to come back as a 100% match

Is there anything out there that helps us sell a large stock of a great product on ebay or elsewhere that amazon has decided to prohibit (even when others are selling the same product?) I have sold on ebay a lot over the years but don't know how to get the results i need to get to free up my money. help?
