In a nutshell you are linked, who knows how long it will take before they kick you off the system so just make use of the account whilst you can.

It is so frustrating, as we work hard to keep customers happy, all the account I have ever had blocked were all 100% with 5 star rating but yet amazon doesn't want my business, I just see no sense in this.

I use different computers with each account too, and different internets but I only have two amazon accounts. I might have gotten lucky in that the internet connection is cable that I logged into, pulled it from one computer to the other and stuck it in. It the same cable IP I use on my 2nd amazon account.

First Amazon account has cable broadband internet, second amazon account has dial up which is so slow that when i've came close to logging in with my other amazon account info, I have caught it before it actually happened. I made the passwords first letters be similar so I could have more time to catch myself.
I also call Amazon on the phone with both accounts if I have a problem, even after logging in but nothing seemed amiss. Had a nice conversation with the reps each time but who really knows the future

The Router linked to the cable is your typical router with typical numbers so maybe they let it slide that one time. My cookies are always cleared too, and I live in California where there are so many duplicate names...so far so good but I'll keep my fingers crossed, well see...I wonder how long it takes them to block the account after it is linked.

Melissa1971 10-17-2010 04:58 PM
