Unpaid Item assistant question...
 
Hi!

I have the unpaid item assistant turned on....

Here is the picture:

I listed the item and clearly stated that I accept paypal/credit cards via merchant account only...

So, the buyer wins it and I manually send the invoice but he/she rants and says that this is a scam bla bla...

And then leaves me a negative feedback and has not paid...

When the unpaid item dispute finally kicks in after 4 days will the negative feedback get blocked?

Advise please...

Nope, not as far as I know. The best thing you can do is try to email the buyer, and using all your ability to "sweet talk" them, try to get them to agree to feedback revision. It might be a long shot though. I'd file for a cancellation of the purchase in the resolution center which you can do right away, and not file for NPB.

Not an option man...the buyer rejected it....

lets see what the unpaid assistant does...as he has not paid...

If the individual truly has not paid or given an indication that he wants to pay inside eBay, then eBay will remove it manually if the unpaid item assistant does not. With that being said it is a bit of a pain in the rear you have to press them pretty hard but it can be done as I have first hand experience.

You can contact Ebay and tell them about your situation. Most likely they will remove the negative feedback for you.
