Nope, not as far as I know. The best thing you can do is try to email the buyer, and using all your ability to "sweet talk" them, try to get them to agree to feedback revision. It might be a long shot though. I'd file for a cancellation of the purchase in the resolution center which you can do right away, and not file for NPB.
If the individual truly has not paid or given an indication that he wants to pay inside eBay, then eBay will remove it manually if the unpaid item assistant does not. With that being said it is a bit of a pain in the rear you have to press them pretty hard but it can be done as I have first hand experience.
