Will I have a problem?

Hey guys.. I was wondering if I would have a problem with this... I am selling gibsons and fender rare guitars on ebay. They range from 3k-5k each. If someone wins the auction and they pay me via paypal.. Will paypal slap me with a limitation?

Also at the moment 3 of 5 of the products has bids.. if 9k hits paypal at one time, will I get shut down? If so.. how do I cancel the listings?

Also these are new accounts.

With $9k landing in your paypal account at one time, yes, you'll probably get hit with PP limitation.
It would be better if you have a merchant account for such amounts.

I don't know how to use a merchant account.. Most of the buyers want to use paypal because of safe. Is there a way that they can pay paypal and paypal forward it to merchant account?

Also is there anything I need to do to use merchant account? Like do ebay need paper work?

You can use a mechant account that accepts Paypal payments, like CCNOW.
Ebay will need you to submit docs to link a merchant account to your ebay account.

Selling a 5000 dollar item on ebay? YIKES!!!!!! and having paypal control that money!!! YIKES!!!!

First of all, I would seek a different venue altogether. The fees will eat you alive. And if they decide to give you the boot, you could be out a lot of money.
