Disputing a transaction with netspend cc

I purchased a laptop outside of ebay, that broke down after the 45 day refund policy. I filed a chargeback dispute through my netspend cc. Has anyone ever initiated a chargeback through netspend and won the dispute? Or does anyone have more info on how the process works?
