I wouldn't be surprised if eBay would view this as feedback manipulation.

Probably just another ebook for feedback type of thing with a clever twist to it to avoid listing being taken down.

Very clever actually...there is nothing they can really do. He IS providing service...and mainly trying to keep his account alive from the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ shoes he sold.

I had a new ebay and paypal about 8 months ago. For some reason it would not let me attach the paypal to a listing until I verified it. But it was already verified. I ended up having to purchase something so I bought a Seattle Seahawks sticker for $2. After that I was able to list... So maybe this could be the reason ppl are buying this..Maybe:suspicious:
