can anyone tell me how must be an USA Ebay account to haven't selling limits. I just buy an Ebay account registered few days ago, but in this there is a limit pending.

10 items @ month or 500 usd of selling total value @ month!

Please help me, i need one and i don't know what ask to the account sellers.
