lol, thats a weird requirement , what the point of stating you need 0 when you start off at that amount of feedback . If they still have the 10 feedback rule i suggest that you sell 10 small items, or risk selling just a google picture for like 1 p i done it before, got a bit greedy until i got to 100 feedback , they suspended my account lol.

ebay must had changed it cause i was able to list with 0 feedback buy it now items on my last main ebay i made for my self.

I think ebay figers now they can hit u with the MC010 fast enough so they dont have to worry about people listing buy it now to sell a bunch w/o ebay stopping the sales. Before only reason why there was a feedback rule on buy it now cause u was able to sell a bunch of VeRO or other high risk items so fast that ebay could'nt stop the sale to investagate before you the seller sold and got paid for the buy it now listing.

You used to need 10 feedback before you listed BIN items, but that was a long time ago. I'm not sure why they changed it. Since their goal is always to make things more difficult for sellers, it's hard to see how a change like this ever got approved.
