This douche bought an item from me for $30. I didn't use tracking cause its way too expensive in Canada, and I never had a problem not using it.

I sent it out same-day, he claimed he didn't get it after 3 weeks. I'm 90% sure he got the item, but whatever... He requested another one, so I sent him another one with tracking this time. I sent him the tracking info via email, then the next day he did a chargeback with his CC and is ignoring my e-mails. I even called him, got his voice mail with him saying his voice mail greeting.

What an asshole...

So now I'm down $60 for the 2 items, $2.50 on the initial shipping and $16 more on the secondary tracking shipping, and $20 chargeback fee. FML.

I'm so pissed off right now...

I would mail him a package, gift wrapped. With some poo poo in it with a letter on top that reads "Kiss my white ass" that should serve him!

I understand that tracking is expensive but people know that if you don't provide tracking they can file a claim and get their money back. Sadly that is what is going on now with Ebay's new buyer protection program.
