Do buyers EVER READ??!?!?!?!?!?
 

So the post office couldn't deliver the packages because the douchebag wasn't at home. So I emailed the buyer to pick up his package at the post office 5 times...

I cannot wait for the post office to send back the package!

I feel your pain, this has happened to orders i shipped to customers plenty of times. The tracking number states that it has arrived, and needs to be picked up, so i write the buyers on ebay, including email, and if they don't respond, or pick up the item, i usually request additional shipping cost in order for me to ship the item back out to them, so i won't lose any profits, but that's just what i do. If you're trying to please the buyer you can always come out of pocket :)

The buyer finally got back with me and told me he'll be picking up the package on Monday because their office is closed today.
